At Granville Academy, our volunteers are vital to the functioning of the organization. These individuals come from many different backgrounds and the diversity provides a wide scope of ideas and inspiration. The principle of donating time and energy for the benefit of other people in the community as a social responsibility rather than for any financial reward.
Since the founding of the organization in 1992, Granville Academy has thrived on the volunteer efforts of community-minded and hard-working individuals. Program volunteers that work within our organization bring a wide range of experience and talent. Volunteers placement within Granville Academy varies from classroom instruction to grant management.
ALUMNI RESPONSIBILITY
Our alumni have a greater mandate to give back to the community. The investment they have received from the organization has left an indelible mark and fuels their passion to invest in the upcoming students. Many of our alumni serve in various capacities through out Granville. They have the opportunity to coordinate events, reach out to donors and recruit students.
